Component assembly processes is one of the fields in which LAU-NIK has developed projects for the manufacture of shock absorbers, hinges and ball joints, among others, and in which many proprietary and external technologies are required.

Test
LAUNIK has extensive experience in testing and checking components such as shock absorbers, clutches, ball joints and hinges, implemented in independent workstations or integrated in automatic assembly lines according to the technical specifications of its customers
Some of the operations included in the testing processes are:
- Effort test by means of load cells or torque transducers
- Fatigue and lifetime tests
- Dimension control with or without contact by vision.
- Part presence detection by feeling, inductors, laser or artificial vision
- Control of tightness and leaks
- Temperature, flow, pressure, force, weight, travel, acceleration, torque and angle control
- Electrical conductivity, insulation and electromechanical check
